The Special Instructions section contains many interesting items covering operation in Modesto, joint trackage with the M&ET and long-time RULE 17 (F) governing the use of the roof-top spotlights unique to Tidewater motive power.  Note that arrival time into Stockton Yard was actually based on arrival at Ortega, the crossing of the TS with the WP and SP located at the extreme southern end of WP's Stockton Yard.
