Help Preserve the Tidewater Southern!
These web
pages have grown far beyond what I ever expected. While I initially was able to beg and borrow photos and information, the search for new material has now led me to libraries and other outlets that charge for their services. I had put
in place the financing to keep the pages up for 5 years, so they are in no danger of going away (I hope). But I would like to do more and have the site be self-sufficient. To this end, I have joined the PayPal Donate system and am
now able to receive donations via secure internet connection to support the site and have opened an on-line TSRy store with CafePress.com. However, I do not intend to stop there. While donations will go to support the site, I realize
that there is a greater need. Therefore, all donations to this website and all proceeds from the on-line store will go to support not-for-profit programs that help preserve the Tidewater Southern. After direct costs for the website
are covered, additional monies each month will be placed into an interest bearing fund. When a $2000 limit is reached in the account, that money will be donated, in the name of the contributors to the website and the website itself, to a
Tidewater Southern preservation effort at a chosen museum or archive. Donations will be recognized on the website (unless they request otherwise. store purchasers will not due to privacy issues.) and account status will be posted to
