Modesto looks very different today from this scene of 747 rolling through with a three car train.  Its only three days to Halloween but the venerable RS1 has many more years left before it becomes a ghost.  The TS office and freight depot, at the left of the photo, would have its freight house section demolished around 2000, while the crew office still stands as of January 2006.
