The dapper gent in the leather coat is my good friend Christopher Kapreilian.  We have made it a ritual to visit the ST&E whenever we hit Stockton for Winterail or just railfanning.  Often, these trips took place in "Granny", the blue Buick Skylark that 745 appears about ready to run down.  "Granny" has since been retired.

One part of me thinks I should have taken the numberboard.

The S2's Western Pacific heritage bleeds through the weathered paint.
