The following is taken from Western Pacific Railroad Circular no. 167-E, released in 1955 and found in the archives of the California State Railroad Museum.  It gives a summary of the facilities owned by the Tidewater Southern at that time and used to support freight operations.

Information is presented in modified form from original document, however all text is given in original form.  The upshot of this is that the facilities listed for the loading/unloading stations is a bit confusing.  I hope to sort this out and make it more understandable in the future.
