Steam pressure is building and old TS 1 is ready to head south with more tonnage.  The venerable 4-6-0 will not last much longer: it will be retired in eight months and scrapped in September 1947 after a total of 56 years of service.  Its tender will survive behind WP 124 for a while longer.
